I have written up a short piece on all the mind-blowing medical benefits that can come from adding a little Omega-3 to your daily diet.

For starters, let’s talk a little bit about just what Omega-3 is. As stated earlier, Omega-3 are fatty acids and they can typically be found in fish or plant oils. While not scientifically proven to be the healthiest substance on Earth, plenty of health improvements seem to correlate with the ingestion of Omega-3 in its various forms. Omega-3 was also reported to have the ability to reduce the size of prostate tumors as well. Another study also pointed to the potential improvements of the immune system when infant baby formula was supplemented with fish oil containing Omega-3.
